Parmanand Public School was founded in the year 2013 in the fond memory of late Parmanand Mishra resident of village Surwal, PO; Ziradei, Distt: Siwan, Bihar who was a social worker and good teacher He was very concerned about the upliftment of the down trodden. His earnest desire was to educate desire was to educate the masses. To fulfil his dream, his grandson Mr. Himanshu Bhushan Mishra has established this school with the main objective of imparting value based education with the sole motto “EDUCATION TO SERVICE HUMANITY”. The name Parmanand itself signifies the purpose and the intention of the Founder, Mr. Himanshu Bhushan Mishra in establishing this school. He is a God fearing man who believes in the service of God through the service of people.

PARMANAND PUBLIC SCHOOL, is affiliated to CBSE (New Delhi) in the year 2019 imparting education upto STD 10. School is governed by the Parmanand Educational Trust of Surwal.
